Whiterides Terms and Conditions

1. To secure a booking a 25% deposit of the full payment price is required and this is non-refundable.
2. Payment of deposit can be paid by credit card via a PayPal payment request, which we will send to you (you do not need to have a PayPal account), or via bank transfer.
3. The remaining amount of payment can be paid in cash on the day of transfer or via bank transfer/PayPal request (this must be at lest 7days before the transfer day).
4. Full payments made via PayPal will incur a surcharge to cover PayPal processing fees.
5. Cancellations - within 48hours of transfer date will be charged at the full amount. Cancellations before this will incur a 30€ administration fee.
6. Every effort is made by the whiterides transfer driver to get to you and to get you to your destination on time and in a safe and comfortable manor. However some circumstances beyond are control may prevent this, such as:
   • Adverse or sever weather conditions
   • Road traffic accidents
   • Unforeseen traffic delays
   • Vandalism and terrorism
   • Industrial action by third parties
   • Problems caused by other customers
   • The vehicle being held or delayed by a Police officer or Government official
7. Whiterides will not incur any liability whatsoever in the event of delay due to circumstances out of there control.
8. Customer's property/baggage is carried in our vehicles at the owner risk.
9. In the event of your flight being delayed it is your responsibility to contact whiterides and inform us of your situation so if needs be other arrangements can be made.
